Truism Case Studies For Your Information (FYI)
THIS WEB PAGE asserts one of the most important aspects of a true democratic system - an opinion • I think opinions belong with the arts and humanities of technological advancement. The computer is a window to a universe of your choosing and programming. 1000110-1
Computer trivia: The micro-chip is just a transitor radio shrunk to a very small size. The more the diodes and transistors are shrunk, the more powerful the micro-chip (made from germanium or silicon) becomes. The computer chip allows the TV to be a calculator, data processor and storage, movie viewer, music player, short-wave radio, telephone, typewriter and secretary - all in one unit. It seems the possibilities are finite. The computer is a window to a universe of your choosing and programming. 1000110-1
The information available on the internet is power. •Factual truth is presented as the world's biggest encyclopedia. •Using one of the greatest resources that has ever been available, mankind can explore regions of other interest ... or excel beyond its planetary economic zones. •Propagation of knowledge causes concept, idea, decision and respect ... giving serious substance to factual understanding and speech. •Everything is out in the open on the internet; nothing is hidden.• Everybody has a right to an opinion and governments defend that right to an opinion; if need be. 1000110-1
Hey! Who are you and what are you doing in front of my desk, eh? 21st Century global communications include 1) é-mail, 2) cell phones, 3) (VoIP) Voice over Internet Protocol = Skypè (eBay owner) 4) International calling cards, 5) Web Video chat and 6) Instant messaging. "Who are you and what are you doing in front of my desk, eh?" 1000110-1
A 10 x 10 pixel square, directs a hyper-link, to a web-page representing any accessable fact, on a corporate or personal web-page. A pixel advert is an introductory statement, with link-up to a web page that further explains that opinion. Just point, read the message and click to the connecting web site. It's that easy, because it's a single page of modern art. No more searching for your ad or web-page on a list that is almost infinite. No more constant re-listing for 'primary location' on a list. Your browser image could be there, in front of the user, waiting for a curser - pointing to your opinion and web-page - every time this modern - art page is called up. Let me know what you think about it. If allowed to stay, I plan for a four (4) year presence. The cost reflects a 4 year term. 1000110-1
Economic Fact: •Less than 13% of the planet, as a whole, is connected to the internet; with access to unlimited data-bases ... just a mouse point-and-click away. •A vast majority of that internet population use and recognize the all-mighty dollar as their choice of currency. •The dollar currency is requested by more countries than any other. •The pixel cost is cheaper if the currency rates are compared (note ? in blue square on PayPal screen). Australian, Canadian & United States dollars are legal tender. To refuse either of the dollar currencies could be considered a legal question. That dollar is worth a dollar of goods or service in the country of origin. No currency conversion needed if your buying pixels in dollars. Buy as many as you like; as I continue my studies. 1000110-1
Ecologic World Solutions: The global climate warming problem can be a resource solution. Fact: The surface waters and photosynthesis are limited to a shallow depth of 200 meters due to sunlight penetration. The logical arguement is: If the deep waters are rich in nutrients, then heated water rises to the surface bringing to the surface the rich plant nutrients from deep water. Therefore, heat from power plants can benefit mankind as an added natural resource rather than as a pollutant to be disposed of - reversing climate warming. Sir, release the heated water from nuclear or steam-power plants at low depths, rather than at the surface. Save the planet from "climate warming"and feed it to boot. Alluvial nutrients flowing down from the highlands and draining into the rivers and streams (behind dams) will now be brought up to the fish near the surface. Seafood will be better fed and florish - filling the fisherman's nets - feeding the planet! In syllogism: if heat rises, then plant nutrients from the river, lake and ocean will rise with it. Therefore, heat raises plant nutrients from the ocean floor. We have the tools and means to solve a world problem yet lack the incentive to proceed. Big business sells several million tons of chemical fertilizer per year. (source: Uses of the Seas / E.A. Gullion, 1968, page 63). 1000110-1
Ecologic World Solutions: Coffee drinkers should boycott coffee unless it is grown in the shade of the rain forest. Large coffee companies decide their shipments from the plantation growers, right? If they ordered coffee grown in the shade of the rain forest then the coffee plantation owners wouldn't be cutting down the rain forest to plant coffee to fill the orders. Rain forests are necessary to provide oxygen to air breathers. What will we breathe, as we enjoy that cup of coffee? 1000110-1
Kelp is iron and is oxygen for the liver. Does my environment affect who I am? Am I alone in experience? What are the major characteristics of any living organism? Mnemonics help recall the answer with "Northyork Runs Every Great Race In May" = nutrition, respiration, excretion, growth, reproduction, irritability (in response to conditions) & movement. Oxygen is essential for life. 1000110-1
Biologic Opinion: In trying to explain the cause of change in motion, the German scientist Kirchhoff says, "Mechanics is the science of motion; we define as its object, the complete description in the simplest possible manner of such manners as occurs in nature. Motion is a conception - not a perception - of a sense impression change. Mechanical science no more explains or accounts for the motion of a molecule or of a planet than biological science accounts for the growth of a cell. The laws of motion no more account than the laws of cell development for the routine of perception. They both solely attempt to describe as completely and simply as possible, the repeated sequences of our sense-impressions." (source: The Grammar of Science / K. Pearson, 1951, page 101) 1000110-1
Phenomenon Opinion: The term means simply anything which appears and is therefore observed by the senses. We may say, "The antecedent which is invariably present when the phenomenon follows, and invariably absent when it is absent; other circumstances remaining the same, is the cause of the phenomenon in these circumstances." Examples include: a) heat created by burning, combustion, electricity, friction, pressure, etc. b) sound caused by air, c) sodium compound producing a spectrum having a bright yellow double line when heated, d) oxygen causing respiration and life, e) kelp is iron is oxygen, f) oxygen is converted into carbonic acid by the burning of carbon, f) bright prismatic colours viewed on bubbles, films of tar floating on water, on mica plates, cracks in glass or between two pieces of glass pressed together. Mother of pearl colours are not caused by the nature of the substance. (source: Natural Philosophy Vol. 1/Thomson & Tait, page 307) 1000110-1
Matter in Motion: Newton's cradle demonstrates a theory that sudden motion of small & large balls attract each other, disturb the air, could shake the room, cause currents in the air by its coldness or warmth, and even occasion electric attractions or repulsions, and further, probably disturb the size of the balls with the force of gravity. Sir Isaac's 'Laws of Motion Scientific Concept' says moving objects have momentum (motion quality) measured as a product of relative mass & velocity - objects in motion continue to move in the direction of force. Atomic orbital order is "Spin Pairs Don't Form - Go Higher" = The electronic orbitals in atoms are listed by the letters s, p, d, f, g, h in order of ascending energy, the mnemonic reminds. 1000110-1
Early films were based on literature. Films today are based on comic books. Rod Sterling imitation :o) "You are dazed, bewildered, trapped in a world without time, where sound collides with color and shadows explode. You see a signpost up ahead. Hey, this is no ordinary internet answering device. You have reached, "The Twilight Clone". (A clone is the result of stem cell research on human embryo cells from unbilical cord blood) - kinda looks like you, eh? 1000110-1
Bad Guy Scenario #1: The illegal drug trade starts out quite legitamately. A country buys in bulk from mid-western pharmaceuticals, the drugs they need, to supply their populace. The country buys more than they need. The more they buy, the better for the seller's economy. Corruption takes the excess legal drug and divides it for distribution. The legal drug is then resold on the street of the host country they bought the drug from. Now, because the drug is sold as a narcotic, it is a crime. Memory Helpers: A mnemonic for blood functions is "Old Charlie Foster Hates Women Having Dull Clothes" = oxygen, carbon dioxide, food, heat, waste, hormones, disease and clotting. A mnemonic for the Great Lakes of North America is "HOLMES" = Huron, Ontario, Lake Michigan, Erie & Superior. 1000110-1
Buzz-word #2: Sea Mining? A certain asian country is in Africa loaded with money, looking for foreign energy assets. A neighbour to this country is partner with a Canadian mining consortium, with mining ties to this asian country, controlling another company looking for 'sea diamonds' in joint venture partnership with a company from Australia. 1000110-1
Buzz-word #3: Cyanide destroyer? A certain Canadian mining consortium in Europe, is attempting to reverse the bad, early mining practices of 2000 years! This mine is said to be one of the largest gold mines in Europe - if not the world. 'Rosia Montana' wants to meet or exceed all national, international, social and environmental regulalations in removing a source of mining pollution - a constant threat to the public in the region. 1000110-1
An investment speculator is a person with an an entrepreneural spirit, who appreciates and recognizes a relationship between reward & risk, price & value balance. They use business mathematics on a ledger to make keep track of their money. An investment speculator is a person not content to watch from the sidelines but wants to play. An outstanding player is one who knows every aspect of team play and every position - on the winning team. 1000110-1
An investment speculator has a newsletter written by someone with several years experience in the precious metal resource sector. I have a method of bookkeeping based on a business mathematics ledger. I also have a small capital investment broker representing a big commercial bank that made its money in the resource sector. Armed with these three tools, I opened an account with the bank's investment arm with enough money to cover first & last trade commissions and the intitial stock trade. I watched the newspaper for an historical return based on the company's 52 week high/low price. I bought the basic number of shares allowed in the market of trade. I waited for that stock, bought lower than its high price, to double in value; as before. I recovered my initial investment by selling 50% of my holdings and held onto the remaining stock purchased. Now, I have my initial investment ready to buy plus stock in a precious metal resource company. In algebraic notation, ((H-L) / L ) * 100 = % gain possible. "H" is high price & "L" is low price. Transaction are immediate when dealing with cash - longer if buying 'on margin'. The planet needs precious metal for coinage, jewellery and long-term investment - its sitting in the ground as a land bank. 1000110-1
Before you can have 'money to burn' one first has to accumulate money. All investments carry an element of risk. This web-page urges wise investment and not to commit funds to any form of investment that one cannot afford to lose - sounds like poker, eh? 1000110-1
Buzz-word #1: King of Nevada? According to the web, there's a certain US mining consortium buying up Nevada mining stocks relevant to the "Nevada Cortez Hills" area. This mining consortium is newly listed on the US OTC bulletin board and has major assets backing its buys. They already have positions in five (5) mining companies who are listed under $5/ share on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada, Vancouver. Nevada, it seems, between 1980 and 2006 has produced 80% of the all US gold mined - according to a "focus on resource equities" report. I have made my bet. 1000110-1
Fort Knox is owned by the American People. Logic says in syllogism - that if water flows downhill over rock, then eventually, the precious metal or mineral will wash down to the valley. Further, if the matter (gold & mineral) is heavier than water, then force and gravity will distribute the matter. Force (water current) will push the matter down the path of least resistance. Gravity will attract that matter to the centre of the earth. Therefore, matter is washed from the hills to the centre and sides of the water-flow - world-wide. Where is what? If water was present then the rock erosion is vertical. Horizontal erosion suggests effects of wind. Everybody needs a hunting license to look for it, eh? 1000110-1
Does literature provide examples demonstrating concepts in action with different forms of expression? Did Shakespeare use a pen-name? Who really was he? Shakespeare caught the essence of wonder, Bacon used the scientific method of inquiry (observation, hypothesis, experimentation and verification). Holmes applied it to a systematic methodological study of the individual and society, the result was an understanding in anthropology, economics, political science, psychology, sociology and other social sciences; related to the "iologies" of logic. Literary masters such as Alport, Dostoevsky, Freud, Maslow, McLuhan, Shakespeare and others believe in an integration of the "iologies" with humanities. Humanistic psychology integrates the study fields of literature, philosophy, theatre and theology; bringing abstractions to life with example. 1000110-1
Greek philosophers, associated with plays include: Aristotle (oratory speech), Thespis (actorial), Aeschylus (conflicting dialogue), Sophocles (complicated drama), Euripides (tragedian), Aristophanes (old comedy) and Menander (new comedy). 1000110-1
The essential elements of a play are action, character, conflict, dialogue, drama, lighting and impersonation. A mnemonic for the additive and subtractive of colour is, "Better Get Ready While Your Mistress Comes Back" - blue,+ green + red = white (additive) and yellow + magenta + cyan = black (subtractive). The director and cameraman use only eleven (11) steps to produce a recording of any happening. 1000110-1
The earlist records of plays are connected to Atlantis and Greece. A mnemonic poem for the order of Zodiac signs is, 'Our vernal signs the Rams begins, then comes the Bull, in May the Twins, the Crab in June, next Leo shines, and Virgo ends the northern signs. The Balance brings autumnal fruits, the Scorpion stings, the Archer shoots, December's Goat brings wintry blast, Aquarius rain, and the Fish comes last.' 1000110-1

Mystery "Who done it?" Essential attributes number seven (7), for a confirmed conviction in 'permanent privitation' include - confession, corpse, forensics study, methodology, motive, opportunity, suspects & weapon retrieval . (Source: General Criminology). 1000110-1
Court Backlog? Defence, if accused, it involves answering three (3) questions in front of a court. 1. Is that your correct identification?, 2. Do you agree with the charge? and 3. Do you hava a letter from a lawyer? Note: if a person agrees with anything the prosecution states, then a person can be found guilty of something. The prosecutor will present their best case - to back additional charges. The prosecutor must prove the guilt of the accused. The accused has to prove their innocence - to reverse the charge and clear the court - case dismissed. Most good lawyers do not charge for the first visit, to determine if it is worth their time & study - this also covers mandatory 'pro bono'. (Source: Personal experience) 1000110-1
The US Congress passed a bill into law this week aimed at protecting children from online predators. The law dictates how hyperlinks and domain names leading to sexual content may be presented. The Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 prohibits "misleading" domain names and links. (source:www.webpronews.com ) 1000110-1
Paradoxical arguement? Aristotle's 'Royal Arch' puts the matter in another form - taking any two propositions having the same subject and predicate, both propositions are catergorized as either contradictory, contrary, subaltern or subcontrary. (source: Elementary Lessons in Logic/S. Jevons) 1000110-1
What is a paradox? Someone says, "I am not lying." Is their statement true? If so, then they are lying, and therefore, their statement is false. Is their statement false? If so, then they are lying, and therefore, their statement is true. (source: Riddles in Mathematics/EP Northrop) 1000110-1
